Poultry processing operations dashboard
A food-safety view of an Ignition dashboard for a poultry plant — the kill-to-pack line laid out vertically with HACCP critical control points checked inline, a chiller zone heatmap, line speed and yield. Live-updating with simulated data.

Processing line kill → pack · CCPs inline
Why track it The line is shown the way an inspector reads it — top to bottom, with each critical control point (scald, chiller) checked against its limit in real time. USDA requires carcasses chilled to ≤40 °F; if a CCP deviates, that node turns red and product is held instead of moving to pack.
Chiller — carcass exit temperature CCP · ≤40 °F · live
Why track it Continuous chill-temperature monitoring is the core food-safety control in a poultry plant. A clear, recorded trend is both an operational tool and the evidence an FSIS inspector expects.
Cold-side zone map °F by room
Why track it Chiller, parts and pack rooms each hold their own setpoint. A single heat-map view catches a failing evaporator or a warming room before it becomes a deviation.
HACCP control points verified
Why track it Each critical control point has a limit, monitoring and a corrective action. Live status means a deviation triggers the response immediately, not at end of shift.
Interventions & testing pathogen control
Why track it Antimicrobial dosing and Salmonella/Campylobacter sampling are how the plant proves it meets FSIS performance standards — tracked live, not reconstructed later.
Regulatory & compliance federal records
Why track it Poultry plants run under continuous USDA FSIS inspection with a HACCP plan and pathogen-reduction performance standards. Surfacing CCP monitoring and records live turns verification into a screen instead of a binder.

OEE
Why track it In a high-throughput plant, small yield and downtime losses add up fast. OEE shows where the line is actually losing birds-per-hour so the right fix gets prioritized.
Alarms & events live
Simulated demonstration data — not a live plant. Built in Ignition; the same screens run against your PLCs, line controls, historian and MES.
Build this for your plant
We build chiller and scald monitoring, HACCP/CCP logging, yield and OEE, and FSIS-ready records on Ignition for poultry processors across the Central Valley — on-site from Merced and remote nationwide.
