Ignition & Perspective, built right
I'm an Ignition developer working exclusively on Inductive Automation's platform — from standing up a brand-new gateway to shipping custom Perspective applications and modules. Here's what I do.
What we do
New Ignition deployments
Getting started with Ignition? I'll help you scope licensing, architect the gateway, redundancy and tag structure, and stand it up right the first time — so you're not paying to redo it later.
Custom Perspective projects
Full Perspective applications built to spec, whether that's a greenfield build or modernizing legacy HMI and SCADA screens into something responsive that runs on any browser or panel.
Dashboards & HMI
Operator screens and executive dashboards that turn plant-floor data into something people can act on — clear hierarchy, fast loads, and layouts designed around how your team actually works.
Reporting
Automated PDF and Excel reports, historian queries and scheduled email delivery, generated straight from your gateway and database so production and compliance numbers land on time.
Integration & MES
Connect Ignition to your databases, ERP, and devices over SQL, OPC-UA, MQTT and REST. Track OEE, downtime, batches and traceability so data flows from the floor to the front office.
Custom module development
Need something Ignition doesn't ship with? I build signed Perspective modules to fit — it's how DataGrid Pro started. Let's talk →
One developer, end to end
Every project is handled by the person who builds it — there's no outsourced support tier and no abandoned repos. Work is tested against production-style gateways, documented properly, and built on Ignition 8.x with Perspective throughout.
Based in California's Central Valley, I work on-site across the Valley and remotely with teams anywhere in the United States. See where I work, or read more about the gaps I keep hitting on real plant floors in the feature requests roadmap.
Frequently asked questions
Do you only work in the Central Valley?
No. We're based in Merced and work on-site across California's Central Valley, and remotely with teams anywhere in the United States.
Do you build on Ignition Vision or Perspective?
Both, on Ignition 8.x. New projects are usually Perspective (web and mobile), and we modernize existing Vision applications too.
Can you fix or take over an existing Ignition project?
Yes — we do audits, fixes and new feature work on existing gateways, plus migrations from Wonderware, FactoryTalk, iFIX and other platforms.
Do I own the project when it's finished?
Yes. You get the project files, documentation and source, with no lock-in to us.
