I build operator HMI and line dashboards for receiving, pasteurizing, separating and packaging, plus the automated reporting these plants depend on: yields, CIP records, temperatures and lot traceability rendered to PDF or Excel and emailed on a schedule from your historian.
Irrigation and ag processing
Around the dairies sit citrus and nut packing, plus the irrigation districts and groundwater systems that the southern Valley runs on. Ignition handles distributed pump, well and canal sites well — secure remote polling back to a central gateway, with Perspective trend and alarm screens staff can open from a phone in the field. I model the tags and UDTs so adding the next site is configuration, not a rebuild.
