Privacy Policy
Last updated: 06/22/2026
1. Who we are
Central Valley Ignition (“CVI,” “we”) operates centralvalleyignition.com and sells the CVI-RTSP Ignition module. For privacy questions or to exercise Your rights, contact support@centralvalleyignition.com.
2. What we collect
(a) Information you give us: when You use our contact form or email us, we collect Your name, email address, and the contents of Your message. (b) Order information: if You purchase a license, our payment provider collects billing and contact details (see Section 4). (c) Automatic information: our website host and content-delivery providers automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
3. How and why we use it
To respond to inquiries, provide and support the CVI-RTSP module, process and fulfill license purchases, send service and license communications, and meet legal and tax obligations. For visitors in the EEA/UK, our legal bases are performance of a contract (orders/support), our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and securing the site, and consent where required.
4. Service providers we share data with
We do not sell Your personal information. We share limited data with vendors who process it on our behalf: Web3Forms (delivers contact-form submissions to our email); Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record — it processes payments and acts as the seller of record for tax purposes, and its own privacy policy governs the payment data it collects); and Google Fonts (if loaded, serves website fonts and receives Your IP address as part of loading the page). Each provider processes data under its own terms.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. We may use strictly necessary cookies required for the site or, at checkout, by our payment provider Lemon Squeezy. We will update this policy if we add analytics in the future.
6. International transfers
We and our providers are located in the United States; if You contact us from outside the U.S., Your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
7. Retention
We keep contact-form and email correspondence only as long as needed to respond and for our reasonable business records, then delete or anonymize it. Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where You live, You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of Your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined). To exercise any right, email support@centralvalleyignition.com; we will not discriminate against You for doing so.
9. Security & children
We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. The site and product are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the date above.
