Try before you buy — the Free tier is your trial

The Free tier (up to 6 feeds) is available at no cost specifically so You can install CVI-RTSP and verify that it works with Your own gateway, cameras, network, and Ignition version before purchasing. We recommend You evaluate it fully on the Free tier first.

All sales final

Because a free, fully functional version is available for evaluation, paid license sales are final and non-refundable. Please confirm compatibility on the Free tier before buying a paid license.

Exceptions

We will provide a refund only (a) where a refund is required by applicable non-waivable law, or (b) at our sole discretion — for example, an accidental duplicate purchase. To ask about an exception, email support@centralvalleyignition.com from the purchase email address with Your order or license details. Any refund we elect or are required to provide terminates the corresponding license, and You must cease using and uninstall the Software.

Your sole remedy

Any refund under this policy is Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Software and does not extend any warranty. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights You may have under applicable law. Payments and any refunds are processed through our payment provider; see the License Agreement & Terms of Sale and the Privacy Policy.
